The event has successfully integrated esports with cultural tourism, offering participants and spectators a unique experience through an immersive environment where visitors can enjoy both thrilling matches and cultural richness.
During their visit to the carnival, the players engaged in hands-on sessions of Guangcai, Guangxiu, and bamboo weaving. Van, a player from the EVOS club of the Indonesia region, with a passion for painting, quickly mastered the techniques of Guangcai, painting vibrant colors on a porcelain plate. "My hobby is drawing," he said. Jian Xiuqing, a Guangcai master from Guangzhou Yicai Porcelain Design Co., Ltd., noted that the players were very quick to grasp the techniques of Guangcai, especially Van, who filled in colors well, even for small leaves and flowers on the plate. Gusta, a player from the A7 club of the Latin American region, painted a red cotton flower and expressed his admiration for the art form's beauty and creativity.

Chinese players Fishgod from the YBG club and Maple from the RLG club also valued the experience. "It's rare for us to engage with traditional Chinese crafts like this. It's a privilege to have this kind of cultural exposure," Fishgod noted.

When it comes to Guangxiu, the two foreign players both found it very difficult. But when asked which they would choose as a gift for family or friends, both chose Guangxiu without hesitation.

Apart from the cultural heritage experience, the foreign players' visit to Guangzhou has also left a lasting impression on them, with Van praising the city's delicious food and Gusta captivated by its lighting at night, noting that the night lights alongside the Pearl River were like a dream.
The event not only showcases the competitive spirit of esports but also serves as a bridge for cultural exchange. By combining high-level competition with cultural experiences, the event highlights Guangzhou's dynamic blend of tradition and modernity, offering a vibrant chapter in the city's cultural and tourism narrative.
